What Is REAL Green®?

The REAL Green® Program allows REALTORS® to give their clients a lasting and memorable gift of two trees at closing, for an anniversary, in tribute, or to remember any special occasion. This gift will benefit the homeowner, the neighborhood, and the community.

This Partnership Program between the Fresno Association of REALTORS® and Tree Fresno is the first urban forest program in the nation. Our hope is to see this program reproduced in cities all over the nation. Locally, our goal is to plant 100,000 trees in 10 years. Imagine the impact that would make on our community!

How Does The Program Work?

First, you must be an active REALTOR® Member to participate. The cost is $100 for 2 fruit or shade trees of the clients choice. Tree Fresno Specialists are available to help your client choose the right tree in the right location. Fill out the order form, and we do the rest!

The trees will be delivered to your client with a personalized “Thank You” card form you, as well as a tree planting and care kit, and a 1 year Tree Fresno Membership.
