I am a second generation Fresno REALTOR®, born and raised into this business. Although my career began 15 years ago, as a father of an eleven-year-old daughter, I give considerable thought to the future. I fully understand if she is to feel the gratification of buying her first home along with other benefits of home ownership it is my duty to safeguard and promote private property ownership. As a practicing REALTOR®, now a broker, the past decade made an indelible imprint on me to where I can best serve you. The importance of FAR leadership to guide us into a sustainable future cannot be overstated.

I have been selling real estate since 2002, a broker since 2007. I currently own and operate, Concierge Realty, and am broker of record for Signature Real Estate. I am your outgoing MLS Chairman after serving as Chairman in 2011. I have been a member of the MLS Committee for the past 4 years, 2009 Tour/Speaker co-host, and 2010-11 C.A.R. Director. This year, I have been asked to join the Grievance Committee. It has been a rewarding experience to serve you in these positions. I now ask for your support in the upcoming election. I have been selling real estate in this area since 1984. I have enjoyed my career and my affiliation with the Fresno Association of REALTORS®. I have been fortunate to serve in a variety of positions at our Association.

In the early 1990’s I served on the MLS Committee and Grievance Committee.

Born and raised in Fresno, graduated from San Joaquin Memorial and San Diego State University. There are many REALTORS® in my family including my mother and aunts. I work for our family business, Andy Caglia Realty.

I am dedicated to the needs of the Fresno Association of REALTORS® members and am a pursuer of honest and fair dealings. I have been a REALTOR® since 2005 and was recipient of the F.A.R. Shining Star Among REALTORS® award in 2007. I am an active participant at the Association. My experience includes: 2010-2011 Education Committee and am a current Pro Standards Committee member. Policies and decisions by the Board of Directors should be based on what is best for the individual agent.
