The Fresno Association of REALTORS® Mission is to promote the professionalism of REALTORS® and to make available the programs and services that allow members to conduct their business with integrity and competency.
Real Estate Agents first become licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, and then may choose to join The Fresno, California, and National Association of REALTORS®.
Only real estate licensees who are members of the ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® are properly called REALTORS®.
They proudly display the REALTOR “®” logo on their business card or other marketing and literature.
WHY REALTORS® ARE DIFFERENT:
REALTORS® subscribe to a strict Code Of Ethics and are expected to maintain a higher level of knowledge of the process of buying and selling real estate.

Affiliate Members are those who are affiliated with the real estate industry, and offer services to our REALTOR® Members, and their clients. Affiliate Members pay dues to the Association and are given certain privileges as a member.
