The Fresno Association of REALTORS® Mission is to promote the professionalism of REALTORS® and to make available the programs and services that allow members to conduct their business with integrity and competency.
Who We Are
The Fresno Association of REALTORS® is a Trade Association for REALTORS®. We are also home of the Fresno Multiple Listing Service, where agents access and list properties for sale in Fresno County.
Real Estate Agents first become licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, and then may choose to join The Fresno, California, and National Association of REALTORS®.
Only real estate licensees who are members of the ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® are properly called REALTORS®.
They proudly display the REALTOR “®” logo on their business card or other marketing and literature.
WHY REALTORS® ARE DIFFERENT:
REALTORS® subscribe to a strict Code Of Ethics and are expected to maintain a higher level of knowledge of the process of buying and selling real estate.
The Mission Statement of the Fresno Association of REALTORS® is to promote the professionalism of REALTORS® and to make available the programs and services that allow members to conduct their business with integrity and competency.
Affiliate Members are those who are affiliated with the real estate industry, and offer services to our REALTOR® Members, and their clients. Affiliate Members pay dues to the Association and are given certain privileges as a member.

What Is REAL Green®?
The REAL Green® Program allows REALTORS® to give their clients a lasting and memorable gift of two trees at closing, for an anniversary, in tribute, or to remember any special occasion. This gift will benefit the homeowner, the neighborhood, and the community.
This Program is the first urban forest program in the nation. Our hope is to see this program reproduced in cities all over the nation. Locally, our goal is to plant 100,000 trees in 10 years. Imagine the impact that would make on our community!
How Does The Program Work?
First, you must be an active REALTOR® or Affiliate Member to participate. The cost is $75 with delivery, or $50 without delivery, for 2 fruit or shade trees of the clients choice. Fill out the order form, and we do the rest!
The trees will be delivered to your client with a personalized “Thank You” card from you, a REAL Green bag, as well as promotional materials from our Affiliate Members.
